Privacy policy

This policy explains what data MagicGEO collects when you connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store, why we collect it, where it is stored and how you can remove it.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers.
• Store data: shop domain, plan, and the scoped OAuth token needed to read and write product content.
• Catalog data: product titles, descriptions, images, prices and metafields used to compute GEO scores and generate optimizations.
• Usage data: which features are run, so quotas and billing stay accurate.

How we use it

Store and catalog data are used only to compute GEO scores, generate optimized content and write it back to your store when you ask for it. We do not sell data, do not share it with advertising networks, and do not use it to train external models.

Storage, retention and your rights

• Data is stored in an EU-hosted database protected by row-level security.
• Uninstalling the app deactivates the store; associated data is purged on the documented retention schedule.
• You can request an export or a full deletion at any time from the dashboard or by email.
